That and more. We try to learn everything that is important for great dispatch, from your preferences, execution and deliveries to assigning no more than 6 drivers and trucks per dispatcher. As a result, the distribution of the time dedicated for finding the perfect load is divided among those 6 or sometimes less drivers. Your dispatcher is available, undistracted and 100% focused on finding the best deals and negotiating the best rates in a timely manner.

We understand your worries, however we try to train, employ and maintain the best dispatchers, who are as eager in providing best customer service as we are, the owners. However, we are customer oriented and in a case like this we can assign you a new dispatcher without further explanation from your side. Furthermore, he can be replaced temporarily by someone else in unforeseen situations or during his holiday season.

It is his job to let you know about the outcome if going to a certain place, but at the end we are here for you. We know the market and the rates for going towards and out a place and even though we feel responsible to be honest about it, it is your truck and your desire, so we will make it happen.

From 2 years to almost a decade, we have a reliable team of people that know the market and the place to be. But the experience is not the only factor, we are a group of people that are always cooperating in order to find the best deals and loads possible.

While every colleague of ours has experience with the types of trucks we operate, we have teams of people specialized in the type of truck you have. So if you are OO with a reefer you will be assigned a dispatcher from our Reefer team… and the same goes for Flatbed or Dry van owners.

For every driver we operate, we generate info, preferable routes, rates, and types of commodities being transmitted. We will also know if you are willing to let us book the freight for you right away, or should we ask you firstly for your confirmation. Nevertheless, finding the best-paid loads is not always straightforward, during this period we would prefer to trust us and let us do the part. However, it is up to you, if you prefer it that way we will always ask for your confirmation before booking a load, even if this leads us to a delayed or sometimes a missed opportunity for a better-paid load.

Besides the general Load boards, over the years we have built relations with some of the most reliable brokers on the market and we cooperate daily for a mutual benefit.

Certainly, that is our job, from finding the perfect load to taking care of all the paperwork we will do everything in our power for smooth dispatch and delivery of every freight.
